A beautiful example of the very fine furniture that was made in the USA a 100 years ago. Grand Rapids Michigan was one of the centers in the US where craftsmen produced excellent quality furniture in many different styles. This probably due was to the large number of European immigrants that populated the area at the turn of the century in Michigan. Bringing with them the skills of the old world!
