This vintage El Palomar / Ken Edwards cookie jar is a true treasure for any collector of Mexican pottery. Handcrafted in Tonala, Mexico in the mid-20th century, this cookie jar features the signature El Palomar design with vibrant blue and terracotta stripes, combined with the earthy tones of Ken Edwards' pottery. Ken started his illustrious career with Arthur Kent at El Palomar.  This piece is from that early period, signed both El Palomar and with his now famous KE initials.  (this has a slight old hairline crack). 6.5" tall and 7.5" in diameter.
