 Priced in Mexican Pesos.  Probably from the 1960's or 70's, this lamp is composed of a enameled glass ball set upon high quality brass base. It has the old fashioned diffuser type milk glass shade under the lamp shade. An old fashioned idea, even before saving electricity was the mode.. someone figured that using this milk glass shade under the paper/fabric shade would help to diffuse the light upward to illuminate the room by reflecting off the ceiling. Shade is original and still in good condition. This measures 40" tall. Made in the USA, from that era when quality was the goal of manufacturers, easy to see when you think that this lamp is at least 45 years old and still working just fine!
